Yield: One 2 oz Cocktail

The Sweet n Sour is a riff off of a Whiskey Sour but with a sweet tropical twist! The Mi-Tee Orange Concentrate adds a tangy splash of sweetness to this classic cocktail. Substitute in chickpea or soybean juice as a vegan alternative for the egg white.

List of Ingredients

  • ¾ oz Mi-Tee Orange Concentrate

  • 1½ oz Rye or Whiskey

  • ½ oz Lime Juice

  • 1 Egg White (Substitute in chickpea or soybean juice as a vegan alternative)

  • 3 Dashes Aromatic Bitters

  • 1 Cup Ice

  • 1 Orange Wedge (optional)

Other items you need


  1. Add Ice to martini shaker.

  2. Pour all liquid ingredients into shaker.

  3. Seal and shake until it becomes frosty about 20 seconds.

  4. Remove top of shaker and set aside.

  5. Using lime wedge, rim edge of martini glass until evenly coated.

  6. Roll edge of martini glass in white sugar until evenly coated.

  7. Using a hawthorn strainer, strain all liquid ingredients out of the shaker into a martini glass making sure no ice falls in.

  8. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.
