CHERRY CHOCOLATE POPSICLE
Yield: 6 Popsicles
This creamy treat is not only super tasty, but can be fun to get the kids involved with taking turns
shaking the container.
It’ll bring a smile to anyone’s face while beating the summer heat!
List of Ingredients
½ cup (120g) of Mi-Tee Cherry Cordial
2 cups (464g) Heavy Cream
1 ½ (15g) Tablespoon of Dark Cocoa Powder
1/8 (1g) Teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
In a large mason jar or 1 Litre sealable container combine ingredients and seal with lid.
Shake container vigorously for 5 minutes or until contents begin to thicken.
Pour into individual popsicle molds and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight.
Note: You are essentially making a soft peak whipped cream, it is important that there is additional space in your shaking container for the contents to increase in volume as the mixture thickens and air is incorporated.
